KŌMØLongevity

Understand how you move.
Preserve what comes next.

KŌMØ is a mobile, connected locomotor assessment. Before your appointment, Pulse prepares your profile. On site, we explore mobility, performance, balance and muscle control. In Clinical, a physician interprets the context. Pulse then follows your trajectory for 12 months.

01

Before

10 to 15 minutes in Pulse to prepare your assessment and understand your context.

02

Measure

A short portable standardized protocol to observe locomotor capacity.

03

Understand

A readable domain profile, Muscle Signature and three priorities.

04

Follow

Pulse keeps the trajectory so assessments can be compared over time.

WHAT WE EXPLORE

Your mobility is not
a single measure.

The assessment combines complementary dimensions. The goal is not an opaque grade, but an understandable locomotor profile.

01

Mobility

Overall functional ability: rising, moving and performing reference locomotor tasks.

02

Performance

Lower-limb capacity during chair rise and walking.

03

Balance

Stability assessed on both sides so the stronger side does not hide the other.

04

Muscle control

Activation, coordination and symmetry from Myodev/Myocare muscle analysis, with endurance when available.

The result describes what you do.
Context helps explain it.

Pain, sleep, activity, history and recent events remain visible but do not mathematically “correct” observed performance.

Pain

What you feel today and its functional impact.

Sleep

Recovery, regularity and unusual fatigue.

Activity

Physical activity, strengthening and sedentary time.

History

Relevant history, surgery, aids and treatments.

Safety

Falls, instability and recent modifiers.

These elements contextualize the measurement; they are not mathematical bonuses or penalties applied to the Motion profile.

YOUR JOURNEY

Before. During. After.
Everything is prepared.

Pulse moves context and preparation before arrival. Time on site stays focused on measurement and conversation.

  1. 01

    Pulse baseline

Goals, perceived mobility, pain, falls, history, recovery and activity. Extra modules only open when needed.

  2. 02

    Motion assessment

Functional tests, walking, balance and muscle acquisition with six Myodev/Myocare sensors.

  3. 03

    Clinical consultation

When medical, the physician adds history, examination and only indicated investigations.

  4. 04

    Results

A simple profile: domains, Muscle Signature, context and only three priorities.

  5. 05

    12 months in Pulse

Results, priorities and new assessments stay within one trajectory.

12 MONTHS WITH KŌMØ

One initial assessment.
A one-year trajectory.

The KŌMØ Clinical pathway is designed around an initial assessment and 12 months of Pulse access. Follow-up and reassessments are adapted by the physician.

T0

Baseline

Pulse baseline, Motion, Clinical consultation when indicated and three priorities.

M3

Targeted follow-up

Review priorities, context and adherence.

M6

Reassessment

Repeat measures when relevant to compare trajectory.

M12

Annual review

Review the year and define what comes next.

Your mobility deserves
a trajectory.
