This page prepares the contractual framework for KŌMØ pathways. It distinguishes public information, booking, functional assessment, clinical interpretation and KŌMØ World.

Sales terms

Purpose and scope
These terms are intended to govern services sold under the KŌMØ brand once an operating company and ordering pathway are activated. They do not replace medical and safety information, the privacy notice or centre- and professional-specific terms.

Who provides what?
KŌMØ may provide a digital interface, method, pathway coordination or World experience. An assessment performed at a centre, clinical interpretation, medical act, prescription or rehabilitation delivered by a professional remains the responsibility of the entity and professional performing it. The seller, centre and professional will be identified before confirmation.

Booking and pre-contract information
Before an order, the patient or client will receive clear information about essential characteristics, total price, location or format, estimated duration, provider identity, cancellation rules and safety prerequisites. A booking becomes final only after the confirmation step shown in the pathway.

Prices, payment and invoice
Prices will be shown in euros, with tax-inclusive wording where required. A reference price on this page is not by itself a firm offer. Payment method, payment provider, debit timing and invoice information will be presented before confirmation.

Delivery and results
Results depend on protocol, equipment, measurement conditions and available data. KŌMØ commits to making the described pathway available at the time of order, subject to technical, safety and professional limits. A functional result or score is not, by itself, a diagnosis.

Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show
Rescheduling periods, no-show consequences and any fees will be defined by service and displayed before payment. Until that schedule is published and accepted, no flat fee can be inferred from this page.

Withdrawal: service-specific
Withdrawal rights and exceptions depend on the exact service, seller and point at which performance starts. Where a service starts before the withdrawal period ends at the client’s express request, the proportional amount for performance already supplied may be due as provided by law. If a service is fully performed before the period ends, prior express agreement and acknowledgement of the loss of the right may be required. The checkout will state the applicable regime before confirmation.

Clinical boundary and safety
KŌMØ Pulse and the public site are not emergency services. Medical acts, examinations, interpretations and care decisions remain with the professional or organisation providing them. Safety information will be provided before self-tests or measurements; stop if symptoms occur.

Personal and health data
The public site limits collection and must not receive medical records by email. In Pulse or a clinical pathway, controller/processor roles, purposes, security, recipients and retention will be described separately. Health data will only be processed with the applicable safeguards.

Accounts, content and intellectual property
Pulse access is personal and must remain confidential. KŌMØ marks, interfaces, copy, methods, visuals, software and World elements remain protected by applicable rights. Using a pathway does not transfer reproduction or commercial exploitation rights.

Complaints and disputes
A complaints address, response time and, where applicable, consumer mediator will be stated before commercial launch. Issues concerning a medical act or care should first be addressed to the relevant professional or organisation.

Governing law and updates
The applicable version will be the one shown before ordering and retained with the confirmation. Terms may change for future orders. They are intended to operate under French law where applicable, without limiting mandatory patient or consumer rights.
